Royal Woods Resort takes the health and safety of all of our guests and employees very seriously. We are continuing to closely monitor the global health response to COVID-19 and taking guidance from the Australian Government as it is provided.
As a result, Royal Woods has implemented social distancing measures at our Resort to keep guests and staff safe.
Also, as part of our socially responsible changes, we have reduced staffed hours for our reception. The current office hours are: 8.00am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm Friday and Saturday, 8am to 12pm Sundays.
If a staff member isn’t available in person at reception, please leave a message for us on the phone or send us an email and rest assured that they will get back to you as soon as possible.

QLD Checkin & Masks:
In accordance with Queensland regulations, as of the 9th of July 2021, it is mandatory that all visitors including customers, guests and contractors sign in with the QLD Covid-19 Check-in App. Please keep in mind while booking, that this will be expected of you upon arrival at our resort. If you do not have a smart phone, one of our friendly staff members will help to get you signed in manually. If you do not wish to be registered through the QLD Covid-19 for any reason, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate you by QLD law.
With the safety of our guests and our own team in mind, our staff will be wearing masks at all times when helping guests. We kindly ask that when QLD government regulations specify the use of facemasks as mandatory, that all visitors to the resort please observe the rules and wear a mask when interacting with staff or other guests. If you refuse to wear a face mask without a proper exemption, we unfortunately may not be able to accommodate you at our resort.
