Royal Woods Resort takes the health and safety of all of our guests and employees very seriously. We are continuing to closely monitor the global health response to COVID-19 and taking guidance from the Australian Government as it is provided.
As a result, Royal Woods has implemented social distancing measures at our Resort to keep guests and staff safe.
Also, as part of our socially responsible changes, we have reduced staffed hours for our reception. The current office hours are: 8.00am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm Friday and Saturday, 8am to 12pm Sundays.
If a staff member isn’t available in person at reception, please leave a message for us on the phone or send us an email and rest assured that they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind while booking, that this will be expected of you upon arrival at our resort. If you are unable to meet both the requirements above we will not be able to accommodate you at the resort.
