Royal Woods Resort takes the health and safety of all of our guests and employees very seriously. We are closely monitoring the global health response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and taking guidance from the Australian Government.
Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, Royal Woods has implemented social distancing measures at our Resort to keep guests and staff safe. With the ongoing threat posed by COVID19, we have closed our pools, spas and communal areas, in an effort to improve social distancing and lower risk of virus transmission to guests and employees.
Also, as part of our socially responsible changes, we have reduced staffed hours for our reception. The current office hours are: 8.30am – 1pm and 2.30pm - 6pm Monday to Sunday
If a staff member isn’t available in person at reception, please leave a message for us on the phone and rest assured that they will get back to you as soon as possible.
