Full time and Casual Front Office Receptionists
Royal Woods Resort in Ashmore is seeking the services of confident individuals with excellent communication skills and pleasant personality skills to join our team. We have two positions available - one full time and one casual. The candidates will be required to have meticulous grooming, a can do attitude, be willing to work and must possess a clear understanding of providing service with a smile to our guests.
The candidates must have good telephone manners and be able to multi-task.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Previous experience in Front Office (highly essential).
- Knowledge of hotel reservations system (RMS or similar) highly desirable.
- High level customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
- The applicants must be available for an immediate start, be flexible and able to work shifts from 6.30am to 11.00pm on rotating roster.
- Candidates must be motivated, enthusiastic, have a friendly disposition and be able to work rotational shifts and able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Must be flexible if applying for casual position (10-15 hours)
